How to cook Special yummy Biko 

ingredients: 
1 Kilo Sticky Rice/Malagkit
1/4 Slice Langka (Shreded)
2 Pack Coconut Cream
1/2 Brown Sugar
Banana Leaves (optional)
1 Cup Water

procedure:
        I started to cook the sticky rice on a pressure cooker. After cooking the sticky rice, isinalang ko na ang 1 pack gata cream to make Latik, just keep on stiring it until maging oil at mabuo ang latik na golden brown color, it will take 30 mins. so patience is a must. After making the Latik, on the same pan put the remaining 1 pack gata cream para sa sweetness ng cooked malagkit. Pag nag boil na ito just add 1 cup of water then add the brown sugar make it boil, then maghiwalay lang ng 1 cup sweetened sauce for the Langka topping later. 

Continuously cooking the sauce just keep on steering it before adding the sticky rice, after 10-15 mins. of boiling add the sticky rice, haluin lang ito till equally combined na ang sauce at malagkit at ready na to ilagay sa glass tupperware with banana leaves. 

Then lets start cooking the sweetened langka. On the pan pakuluin lang ang hiniwalay na sweetened sauce tsaka ihalo ang langka lutuin ito gang maging malapot ito mga 5-10 mins. After that ilagay na ang toppings na sweetened langka at latik sa ating Biko. It's ready! 😋😋
