Ginisang Togue with Oyster Sauce

Tonight's recipe for dinner..

'GINISANG TOGUE with OYSTER SAUCE'

Ingredients:

Mongo Sprout (togue)
Carrots
Cabbage
Red and Green Bell Pepper
Tomato
Mushroom
Pork Belly (thinly slice)
Oyster Sauce
Garlic
Onion
Salt and Pepper

PROCEDURE:

Heat the wok with cooking oil, then sautè garlic and onion then add the pork belly cook it until become brown. Then add the tomatoes cook it until become soft. Put the togue, carrots, red and green bell pepper, oyster sauce, seasoning, add half cup of water then let it boil for a few minutes. After boiling it about 3-5 minutes, add the cabbage, put a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, cover it for 3-5 minutes or until it cooked perfectly. Then serve it hot! Enjoy 😋😋
