Shanghai Sardines
Ingredients:
2 Can Tomato Sardines
10 pcs. Lumpia Wrapper
1 Carrot
Malunggay Leaves
3 Clove garlic minced
1 pc. onion minced
Salt
Ground black pepper
2pcs. egg
Easy preparation:
Mix all ingredients, then using spoon scoop exact amount of the mixed ingredients on a lumpia wrapper, just roll it and use water to seal the edge of lumpia wrapper, then fry it on a hot cooking oil. Serve it hot with ketchup. 😋😋
