Puto Cheese with Salted Egg

Pasarapin pa natin lalo ang usual Puto Cheese! Sa recipe na ito, gagamit tayo ng powdered milk (I used Bearbrand, pwede kahit anong brand) at maglalagay tayo ng Itlog na maalat! Let’s cook!

INGREDIENTS: 

✔️4 cups All-purpose flour (or cake flour)

✔️4 tablespoon baking powder

✔️2 cups white sugar

✔️1 cup powdered milk (Bearbrand)

✔️3 1/2 cup water (or milk)

✔️3 Large eggs

✔️1/4 cup melted butter (or margarine)

✔️Salted Eggs (cut into thin slices)

✔️Cheese strips (Daily Quezo)
