Stir Fry Okra (Lady's Fingers) with Chinese Sausage
Simple and easy recipe cook in 10 minutes
Ingredients :
1)Oil
2)Okra / lady’s fingers - 200grams
3)Chinese sausage / lap cheong - 2 pcs
4)Minced garlic
5)Salt - to taste
6)Sugar - to taste
Method:
1)Cut chinese sausage into pieces and set aside
2)Wash okra
3)Put okra into a pot of boiling water, cook until the water started to re-boil again
4)Take out the okra and put into cold water
5)Cut okra into pieces and set aside
6)Heat up wok, stir fry chinese sausage until fragrant and add minced garlic, continue to stir fry.
7)Then add okra, salt and sugar to taste, stir fry until smoke coming out and ready serve.
