Strawberry Jam

Easy Strawberry Jam (No Pectin)
Yield 24 servings

1 pound strawberries , sliced (4 cups)
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Add strawberries to a pot on medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start breaking down, about 10 minutes.
Add in the sugar and lemon juice and stir.

Cook, stirring frequently, for another 15 minutes until it reaches a temperature of 220 degrees.
Turn off the heat and let cool before refrigerating in a covered container. and enjoy the yummy strawberry jam! 😋😋
