Chop Suey Ilokano Style Recipe
Ingredients:
Carrots, peeled and julienne cut
Cabbage
Sayote
Red bell pepper, remove seed and slice
Baguio beans
Pork liempo
Minced onion
Chicken stock
Egg Quail
Chicken Balls
Oyster sauce
Cup Cornstarch dissolves in water for slurry
Seasoning (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Cooking oil
How to Cook Chopsuey
In a heated pan with cooking oil, sautè pork liempo, until it becomes brown then add garlic and onion. Then add the carrots, chayote, red bell pepper, Baguio beans. Then after 1-2 minutes add chicken balls and chicken stock and oyster sauce cook for 5-10 minutes. Add cabbage and pepper & salt to taste, and add the cornstarch boil until thickened. Serve it hot, enjoy! 😍😘😋
